Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes. Include your requested date when ordering, or your preferred start date for a weekly account. Dates and timing are confirmed personally based on the route and available flowers. An inquiry does not reserve a delivery slot, and same-day delivery is not guaranteed.
Is delivery included in the starting price?
The displayed tier prices are starting points for the arrangements. Xerxes confirms delivery cost and your final total after reviewing the location and request. A secure Square payment link or invoice follows confirmation.
Can I choose the exact flowers or colors?
Choose a mood and share the details that matter to you. Xerxes interprets the direction with seasonal flowers; portfolio images show the studio's style and scale, rather than arrangements that will be reproduced exactly. Specific flowers and colors depend on availability.
Do you deliver flowers to offices and businesses?
Yes. Weekly accounts are designed for reception desks, offices, showrooms, restaurants and other client-facing spaces, as well as homes. One-time designs can be requested for client gifts, meetings and gatherings. Include building access or timing requirements with your request.
